This wonderful 2091 sq. ft. single story home is located in the quiet 
Mission Park community on US Highway 27, it is no more than 10 miles 
from Disney. Close to all local amenities, easy access to all major
theme parks and the I-4. 

Fabulous open & spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom family home with over-sized 
private pool. Games room with pool table, darts, air hockey and board games. 
Free high-speed internet access. 

Master bedroom consists of king-size bed, cable TV, en-suite bathroom 
with twin sinks, large Jacuzzi bath, walk-in shower and separate toilet area. 
2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed and is next to the family bathroom. 
Bedroom 3 is a well furnished twin room and has a CD stereo. 
Bedroom 4 is a nicely furnished twin room. 

The well appointed living room offers cable TV and a Sony PlayStation II. 
The large family room had cable TV, DVD player and a Nintendo Wii console. 
Large dining area with formal dining table seating up to 6 people. 
Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar.

All kitchen utensils, linen and towels provided. Telephone with free 
local calls. Laundry facilities are conveniently situated in their own closet, 
this includes washer, dryer, ironing and airing equipment.

Gas Barbecue available at no charge. 

There are over 20 golf courses within a half-hour radius.

We offer cleaning service during your stay. This can either be just bed 
linen change, bathroom cleaning and general tidy-up for $45 or a full 
cleaning of the villa for $85. This service can be booked in advance 
or during your stay.

Welcome Packs include bread, milk, orange juice, ta, coffee, sugar, 
butter, eggs and water and are supplied and placed in the villa prior 
to your arrival at a cost of $15. Should you require any additional items, 
these will be purchased 'at cost' plus an additional charge of $5.
