A Security Deposit of $350.00 USD is due with the payment.
Security deposit refunds will normally be sent out no later than 15 days after you leave the rental property.

Hi, Welcome to our beautiful home in the sun!
"ALBA" is a large,4 bedroom,single-storey villa with a private pool,hot tub,games room and free wi-fi internet.
"Alba" is situated at Highgate Park in Davenport. Highgate Park is a gated community.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed ,a tv and a lovely en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a king sized bed and a  removed  third bedroom has 2 twin (single) beds & a tv and bedroom 4 has 2 twin (single) beds.
There is a queen sized sleeper settee in the living room should it be required.
There are 2 lounge areas to relax in after a hard day at "the parks". One has a 52" tv & dvd.
There is ample dining space. As well as formal dining there is further dining in the nook & pool-side.
The games room has a pool table (7ft ),air-hockey,basket ball & darts.
The kitchen is fully fitted and fully equipped should you wish to prepare a full meal and the laundry room has a clothes washer & dryer to help keep the laundry under control !
There is a lovely patio area around the pool & hot tub with plenty of chairs & loungers for all to soak up that Florida sunshine.
There is a crib (cot), high-chair and stroller available at no extra charge.
