A deposit of 20% of total rental is due at the time of booking.

A Security Deposit of $400.00 USD is due with the Final Payment payment.
Security deposit refunds will normally be sent out no later than 30 days after you leave the rental property.

A new 4 bedroom Florida vacation rental home in a tranquil setting on one of the newest, upmarket gated communities. Our vacation rental home is only 12 minutes from Disney's Maingate, is close to the rest of the theme-parks that Orlando has to offer and comfortably accommodates eight people.
This is a private villa with an oversize screened pool, situated in the lovely gated conservation community of Marbella at Davenport, set amidst orange groves.  It is in a peaceful location, and yet has the advantage of being located just off US  Highway 27, and is close to great restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and the new Leisure and Retail complex of Posner Park.  Disney is only a 12-minute drive away.  Easy access to both the I-4 and the US192 enable you to reach all the tourist attractions in the area. For the golfers it is next door to the Westridge golf course and has at least 20 different courses within a 30 minute drive.
This property is furnished superbly with the very highest standard of furniture upgrades.
The carpeted lounge with sofa, loveseat and chaise longue, designer side tables and lamps has a unique entertainment unit that houses a large screen TV with hundreds of channels, DVD player, PS2, Radio, cassette, CD player and a few family  removed  and all local and long distance calls within mainland America and Canada are free.
Both the huge master suites have 5 ft (Queen) beds, ceiling fans, cable TV, alarm clock/radio and it's own walk-in closet. Both en-suite's have his & her sinks, enormous showers with adjustable hoses, super deep baths and hair dryer's.The double room has a 4ft 6in (Full) bed, cable TV and alarm clock/radio. The twin room has two 38in (Single) beds also with cable TV and an alarm clock/radio. The Full and Twin room share a bathroom.
The pool measures almost 30 feet, is fully screened with privacy fencing at either side. The pool is 3ft at the shallow end and 5ft at the deep end. The pool deck has 1 large and 1 small table, 4 cushioned chairs, 4 cushioned loungers and the deck can be lit at night for entertaining, there is also a child safety fence provided..
The property also boasts the recent completion of a games room with darts, dual basketball, table tennis, pool table, air hockey and a seating area. There is also a Ladies and a Gentlemans bicycle available.
