A deposit of 20% of total rental is due at the time of booking.
The balance of the total rental cost is due on or before 8 weeks prior to arrival
A Security Deposit of $400.00 USD is due with the Final Payment payment.
Security deposit refunds will normally be sent out no later than 30 days after you leave the rental property.

All rates are in $USD. Weekly rates are for 7 nights and weekend rates are per night.

ASHVILLE is ideally situated just 2 miles from exit 58 of Interstate 4 in a rural and peaceful location at the select Ashley Manor community with shops, restaurants, supermarket, golf and other amenities in close proximity and is an excellent base for any vacation. For your enjoyment and pleasure you have: Disney Maingate is just 10 minutes drive and other Theme Parks are within easy reach.

Bedrooms: Main master suite with king size bed, extra large walk-in closet and entrance to pool area through sliding doors. 2nd. master suite has queen size bed and in-bat shower. One twin is in Disney theme (even has a Mickey TV) and the other twin is a Scooby Doo theme plus PS2. All bedrooms have cable TV. The 3rd. bathroom is in a Seaworld theme.

Family Room/Lounge: 6 seat corner unit sofa plus chaise longue, cable TV, DVD, Video, CD player, books and board games.

Kitchen: Cooker/oven with hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, ample crockery and cutlery, pots and pans.

Dining area: Comfortably seats 8 persons and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar.

Pool area: Entrance is via "kiddie-alarmed" sliding door from dining area into a covered lanai - ideal for outside dining looking  and shade with pleasant view of the garden. The pool deck has been extended to provide ample room for the delux patio furniture. The entire pool area is screened and not overlooked for you privacy.
Games area: 8 foot pool table, 7 foot air hockey, fussball and 21 game electronic dart board.
And there is more: air-conditioned throughout and ceiling fans in all rooms * high speed internet computer, complimentary phone calls including long distance and International * cot/crib * high chair * George Foreman electric BBQ for inside or outside use * all linens and towels are provided * the villa is security alarmed * no need to collect keys from an office - you will receive your own code for the entrance door electronic key pad.
