Five minute walk to beachfront childrens playground, tennis courts, beachfront volleyball courts. Quiet relaxing atmosphere, family friendly. Stroll the beach, swim in the Gulf, go boating, fishing, kayaking or parasailing, are just a few of the daily activities available on the island. 15 minute drive to downtown Sarasota where you will find excellant resturants, wonderful shopping at St. Armands Circle and plenty of attractions for sightseeing.
