A deposit of $350.00 of total rental is due at the time of booking.
A Security Deposit of $0.00 USD is due with the Final Payment payment.
Security deposit refunds will normally be sent out no later than 30 days after you leave the rental property.

All rates are in $USD. Weekly rates are for 7 nights and weekend rates are per night.

  Our private home is centrally located in Florida in the Withalacoochie State Forest.  The home is on 5 acres, mostly wooded. One acre of the property is landscaped around the home. The house has a huge wrap around porch, with decorated with plants and outdoor furniture. Out back is a large swimming pool, 20 feet by 40 feet long, for private use of guests only. A large deck out back with table and chairs lounge chairs and a grill for cooking.
  Come inside to country style living in the large living room. Television  Dvd and Vcr  and about 300 movies to choose from for your viewing.
  Kitchen is fully equiped. All major appliances plus microwave oven, coffee pot, 4 slice wide slot toaster, crock pot, pots and pans, dishes, glassware, ect. The home also has a large Washer and Dryer.
  Dinning Area can seat 6 people. Beautiful hutch w/ glassware.
  First bedroom has a double bed with a twin bunk bed on top, and additional twin bed. Room can sleep 4 people. Tv and Vcr in this bedroom.
  Second bedroom has a queen size bedroom set. Bathroom is full Tub and Shower combination. Towels and lines provided.
