A deposit of $300.00 of total rental is due at the time of booking.

A Security Deposit of $200.00 USD is due with the Final Payment payment.
Security deposit refunds will normally be sent out no later than 30 days after you leave the rental property.

There are tv's and dvd's in every bedroom and an additional Tv in the well-equipped games room. The sixth bedroom can be used as a sleeping room for two people, or a den for young holiday-makers who can watch the tv or dvd's or play on the Sony PS2.
The well-equipped kitchen with granite surfaces has everything a holiday renter would need for creating formal or al fresco dining.
The formal lounge and formal dining area are for those special evenings when relaxation is the key.
