A deposit of 10% of total rental is due at the time of booking.
The balance of the total rental cost is due on or before 6 weeks prior to arrival
A Security Deposit of $250.00 USD is due with the Final Payment payment.
Security deposit refunds will normally be sent out no later than 30 days after you leave the rental property.

With breathtaking views over a conservation area, bordered by Lake Thomas, a nature reserve with many mature trees, this lovely expensively furnished 4/5 bed executive home, on a larger than average plot with landscape gardens, is the perfect place for a truly memorable vacation.   The villa is fully furnished with TV's, video and DVD players, mini hi-fi, and includes a number of luxury features such as deluxe carpets in all bedrooms, ceramic flooring throughout the other areas, sliding patio door access to the covered lanai and pool area, top of the range appliances in the kitchen and top-of-the-range automatic ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the main living areas.  

Accommodation includes one master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite, with access to the pool. Second bedroom with queen-sized bed and en-suite, also leading out to the pool area. One further bedroom with queen-size bed and a further twin bedroom sharing an adjacent bathroom. The 'den' converts to a fifth bedroom with a very comfortable sofa bed. All bedrooms have TVs with Video or DVD players, automatic ceiling fans, clock radios, top quality linens, comforters and furnishings.   There is a fully equipped Games Room with a Pool Table, Foosball Table and an Electronic Dartboard, so you and the children will never be bored for things to do! There¹s also a range of board games, books and videos in the den, which is often used as a 5th bedroom. The property also includes high-speed Internet access with unlimited, free access.  

A massive 20-foot square kitchen area includes a very large breakfast bar with numerous appliances, such as dishwasher, large ceramic hobs and electric oven, very large refrigerator/freezer with water and icemaker, microwave, waste disposal and power hood, plus a lovely central work-surface to prepare those special meals. There is a utility room with access from the kitchen, with a large size washing machine and separate tumble dryer.  The Pool is secluded, and not overlooked by adjacent properties, which is a feature that is very rare to find in Florida and not available in 95% of the villas in the central Florida area. The pool is fully screened with a covered lanai, security fence for the children, which can be easily taken down if required, underwater pool lighting, patio furniture and sun loungers.
