A deposit of $900.00 of total rental is due at the time of booking.
The balance of the total rental cost is due on or before 8 weeks prior to arrival
A Security Deposit of $400.00 USD is due with the Final Payment payment.
Security deposit refunds will normally be sent out no later than 30 days after you leave the rental property.

Located on the top floor at Bonita Beach Club at the northern tip of Hickory Island in Bonita Beach, Fl, our property is a great place to enjoy all that Southwest Florida has to offer.  Our unit is about 1/2 hour from the Fort Myers airport (RSW) so there will be no long drive once your flight arrives.  When you arrive at BBC you will be right on the beach with pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, workout room and other amenities at your disposal.  Surrounded on three sides by water this is the perfect spot for fishing, shelling, bird watching or just strolling on the beach.

Being located half way between Naples and Fort Myers we have easy access to both of these communities.  Plus, there are ample opportunities for shopping, dining, entertainment and golf right in the the Bonita Springs area.

Ours is a two bedroom unit with two full bathrooms and a full kitchen.  It has recently been remodeled and is very fresh looking and comfortable.  There is a spectacular view to the north from the balcony off of the two bedrooms overlooking the Gulf, Hickory Pass and Lovers Key State Park.  There is not another building to disturb your view for miles.  The balcony is a great place to have your morning coffee, or to relax with that beverage in the evening.

We have owned our unit for 10 years.  My parents owned a unit here, so we have been involved with the area and BBC for many years.  It has become our family retreat and we never tire of spending time there.  I am sure you will enjoy it as well.

Bonita Beach is located on the Gulf of Mexico between Fort Myers and Naples with easy access to both cities.  Naples is famous for its luxurious residences, high end shopping and dining and great golf.  Fort Myers is more casual with a more easy going attitude.  If you are a history buff be sure to take in the Edison and Ford Museums where Thomas Edison and Henry Ford spent their winters.  Sanibel and Captiva Islands are just over the causeway from Fort Myers.  If you are going to Sanibel be sure to take in the Ding-Darling National Wildlife Refuge.  This a great place to see the native wildlife of southwest Florida and learn about the area's natural history.  Another great natural area is Corkscrew Swamp located near Immokalee.  A raised boardwalk takes you through a native stand of old Florida cypress swamp.

Bonita Beach itself has ample opportunities for shopping, dining, fishing and golf.  Withing walking distance of our condo is a marina with boat and kayak rentals, bait, charter fishing, casual shopping and a great waterfront restaurant.  A 45 minute walk down the beach is Doc's Beach House.  Doc's is a great place for burgers, pizza and local favorites like Grouper sandwiches and Conch Chowder.  At Doc's you can rent jet skis, catamarans, water bikes and go parasailing.  It is quite the gathering place on weekends.

If you want to get out and explore, we have a great central location.  If you want to take it easy, there is plenty to do right at the condo or in the Bonita area.
