A deposit of 20% of total rental is due at the time of booking.
The balance of the total rental cost is due on or before 10 weeks prior to arrival
A Security Deposit of $400.00 USD is due with the Final Payment payment.
Security deposit refunds will normally be sent out no later than 21 days after you leave the rental property.

All rates are in $USD. Weekly rates are for 7 nights and weekend rates are per night.

Our lovely top of the range home butterfly Crossing is located on the quet walled estate of Oak Island Cove, just over 2 miles from disney and three quarters of a mile to shops and restaurants.
We have formal lounge with 60 inch television, family room with lcd tv, all bedrooms and games room have tv's and dvd  removed  king size bedroom has a huge ensuite which has pool access.
On the ground floor we have a full kitchen, laundry room, another two twin bedroom that share a fourth bathroom. There are two dining areas and a breakfast bar. Free wiFi hi speed internet
Our games room has slate pool table,foosball, electronic darts and air hockey to gether with x box and tv and some board games.
On the first floor are two queen masters and anther twin Mickey Bedroom.
Our 30 foot pool and spa sit on an oversize deck with covered lanai, the pool is heatable and south facing has colored fibre optic lighting, very private with tropical landscaping.
Our home is on the largest lot on the estate which gives extra privacy around the pool
