Captain Nemo’s Vacation Villa

Make your whole vacation an adventure at Captain Nemo’s vacation villa, our spacious and luxurious 7 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom privately owned vacation home located just 2 miles from Disney, Orlando.  This villa is situated in the vacation rental community of Rolling Hills, Kissimmee, Florida, located close to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Surrounded by an array of palm trees and tropical flora, this 2700 square foot vacation villa, is situated on one of the largest lots in the community of Rolling Hills Estates.  Fenced for your privacy, the villa grounds come complete with a private Tot Lot with a Little Tikes play castle, 2 Little Tikes play houses and 2 Little Tikes climbers.  The large pie shaped lot offers plenty of room to play both inside and outside of the screened pool area.

Enjoy a custom 22 X 13 foot custom Nemo Kiddie pool plus a 30 X 15 foot main pool with 3 sprayers and 6 foot circular spa.    The Nemo Kiddie pool ranges in depth from 4 to 16 inches, has a sprayer fountain and a bubly gusher in Nemo's tail.  The main pool depth ranges from 3 to 6 feet. The 13 X 9 foot Lanai (covered patio area) adjoining the villa is the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or enjoy breakfast.  Lay back in the private screened in pool area on one of many cushioned loungers.  The pool deck wraps around the home in a L shape so the pool decks gets sun all day long.

A vaulted ceiling rises up above the living room (16 X 14 feet) where you will find comfortable leather furniture, and a 50 inch plasma TV DVD player, and stereo.  There is a DVD and video library consisting of children’s videos and popular movies for your enjoyment.

This vacation home boasts two 50 inch plasma TV’s.  Every bedroom and even the games room has a TV, totalling 10 TV’s in all!  Everyone can watch just what they please.

Whether you are finished park hopping for the day or just taking a day to relax with your family you will enjoy the well equipped games room.  For your entertainment the games room comes complete with a full size slate pool table, 7 foot air hockey table, and foosball, or just relax on the sofa and watch TV.

Captain Nemo vacations in style and so will you in one of this villa’s 7 bedrooms, 4 of which are King Size Master bedrooms. 

The main Master Suite is fit for Captain Nemo himself, with a King Size plush canopy bed, a 50 inch plasma TV and DVD player for private viewing.  This Suite is perfect for a young family that wants to sleep close together using the full size wooden crib and toddler bed.

If Animal Kingdom is your favourite park then come live on the wild side in our tastefully decorated Safari Master Suite with ensuite and king size bed, TV, and DVD player.

Or enjoy Independence Day all year long in our American themed bedroom.  Captain Nemo is very patriotic!  This bedroom has a king size bed, TV and DVD player, and is right beside a 3 piece bathroom.

Snuggle up with a child sized (3 foot) Winnie the Pooh, Tigger and Eyore after a long day at Animal Kingdom in our Hundred Acre Woods Bedroom which includes 1 queen and 1 twin bed, TV, DVD player, VCR.  This room is a wonderful place for children to relax or watch the 27 inch TV.  There are children’s videos, movies, a toy car garage, and workshop.  

You will have no trouble finding Nemo in our Disney themed bedroom and bathroom.  This main floor children’s room has a 3 twin beds, TV, and DVD player.

The princesses in your family will enjoy their own Royal Chambers complete with two Princess Carriage Canopy twin beds, Princess toddler bed, Princess TV, and Princess DVD player.

Or join Captain Nemo on the Seven Seas in the seventh themed bedroom with king sized bed, adjoining bathroom, TV, and DVD player.

Children can cuddle up with child sized (4 foot) plush Mickey in our cozy upstairs loft where you will find another Xbox  with games and TV.

Sleeping accommodations include 4 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 6 twin beds, 2 Toddler bedS, 1 Full Size crib, and 3 Pack’n’Plays (portable playpens).  This provides for 16 guests without even using the Toddler bed or Crib.

Captain Nemo’s vacation home comes complete with everything you will need when travelling with children.  We provide all children’s items free of charge.  Our standard children’s items include; 5 strollers (1 double stroller, sit & stand, and 3 single strollers), 3 high chairs, 3 booster seats, 3 Pack’n’Plays (playpens), 2 bedrails, 2 baby monitors, baby gate, plus toys and books.  For your children’s safety and to comply with Florida law there are alarms on all doors and windows that lead to the pool and spa area.

With a fully equipped kitchen and a Kid’s Kitchen Cupboard which includes Disney Dishes just for kids, you will have every comfort of home and more.  You will find a full sized refrigerator/freezer (with ice-maker), electric stove, dishwasher and 2 microwaves.  There is also an electric kettle, 2 coffee makers, 2 toasters, a crock pot (slow cooker), and a blender.  There is an ample supply of cutlery, dinnerware, serving dishes, pots and pans and utensils for your family and for entertaining.  There are plastic containers for packing snacks for the children and insulated coolers if you pack a lunch.

Other vacation home amenities include cable TV, washer and dryer, high speed wireless internet, free long distance phone calls in Continental United States, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, and North Marian Islands, all bedroom and bathroom linens, a hair dryer in each bathroom, and pool towels.  And of course this vacation villa is fully air conditioned and heated.
