This house was built in May 2003. It has 5 double bedrooms (three rooms with double beds and two rooms with twin beds). Two of the double bedded rooms have en-suite bathrooms and there is a further full bathroom with WC and a separate WC downstairs. The house is private to the rear where the pool is situated. The house has been decorated and furnished to an extremely high standard throughout. There is a separate dining room and a large open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar leading to a good size living room with twin sofas and additional seating. From the living room there is direct access to the private pool which has deck space with outside table, chairs and loungers. The master suite bedroom is on the ground floor and overlooks the pool area. There is a separate Games Room including full size Pool and Table Tennis Tables plus Electronic Darts Board, Complimentary barbecue, high speed internet and enhanced TV channel package (live UK news & sport). This villa is available for rent, and can accommodate up to 10 people plus 2 on a Sofa bed. We are only 45 minutes from Orlando International and 60 minutes from Sanford airports. There are numerous shops and restaurants within minutes from our  removed  villa is privately owned and furnished to a luxurious standard. We are only 15 minutes from Walt Disney World®, or 30 minutes to SeaWorld®, with an added bonus of 30 minutes to Universal Studios®.Carlton Villas is a luxuriously furnished, fully air conditioned home that can comfortably accommodate 10 adults in the 3 Double and 2 Twin bedrooms with an additional Double Sleeper bed settee in the Living  removed  Games Room includes a Full Size Pool Table, Full Size Table Tennis Table and Computerised Darts  removed  Pool spans the complete width of the house and is totally screened. The 30' x 15' heated pool is positioned to make maximum use of the pool deck and the continuous sunshine. This area has occasional table, chairs and sun loungers and floodlights in the pool allow it to be used at night.
