A deposit of $200.00 of total rental is due at the time of booking.
The balance of the total rental cost is due on or before 10 weeks prior to arrival
A Security Deposit of $400.00 USD is due with the Final Payment payment.
Security deposit refunds will normally be sent out no later than 30 days after you leave the rental property.

All rates are in $USD. Weekly rates are for 7 nights and weekend rates are per night.

A home for every taste located in the Southern Dunes community to the South of Orlando is the perfect place in the sun.
 
The villa has a prominent position on a quiet street with the Kokomo Bay quarter of the Southern Dunes Estate.
 
Classic Florida Villa is perfectly situated with the pool facing south and looking over the landscaped fourth fairway.
 
The floor plan, decor and furnishings create an aire of luxury throughout its large rooms provide real space within this single storey home.
 
 
The Living Space
The living space is spread over two large open plan rooms with high cathedral ceilings, a large open kitchen is complimented with built in electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal and full fridge/freezer offering our guests spacious living at its best. The villa is a 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom home suitable for couples, large families, two families sharing their accommodation and equally comfortable for guests requiring disabled access throughout. 
 
The Bedrooms
The property comfortably sleeps 8 people with a king size bed in the master bedroom and ensuite, double bed in the second bedroom and ensuite, two single beds in the third and two single beds in the fourth bedroom sharing a third bathroom.
 
A pull out sofa/bed is in the lounge offering additional sleeping provision for two persons.

Southern Dunes is located south of Walt Disney World® it is within easy reach of Interstate 4, which is the main thoroughfare to all areas and major attractions. The club house offers a choice of snacks, al a carte and Southern style menus along with its 19th watering hole at the bar.

As well as a challenging pay and play golf course there is something for everyone at Southern Dunes including a community pool and gym, kids swing park, tennis courts, beautiful walks, shopping, banks, gas stations and restaurants - try 'MANNIES' restaurant  it’s a must and only minutes away.
