A deposit of $250.00 of total rental is due at the time of booking.
The balance of the total rental cost is due on or before 12 weeks prior to arrival
A Security Deposit of $250.00 USD is due with the Final Payment payment.
Security deposit refunds will normally be sent out no later than 30 days after you leave the rental property.

All rates are in $USD. Weekly rates are for 7 nights and weekend rates are per night.

Our beautiful home is situated on the popular "Lindfields Estate" which is only about 5 miles from Disney World. It is also very close to all the other attractions, shopping malls and some excellent restaurants. However it is very quiet and secluded and a real haven from the busy theme parks.

The first thing you will notice is the pretty front garden which is planted out with flowering plants. The rear garden around the pool area is fully fenced for complete privacy and has flowering bushes and fruit trees planted in it. Oranges, grapefruit, tangerines, lemons and bananas - sit on the extended pool deck with fresh lemon in your drink - what more could you desire?

The recently extended pool deck is furnished with comfortable padded loungers, chairs and small side tables. There is also a large dining table and chairs and a gas BBQ for alfresco dining. There is a lanai with a fan for those days when the sun is just too hot and also to help protect your little ones from the full glare of the sun.

The Lounge has large sofas and a huge comfortable chair, TV/DVD, lamps and coffee and side tables. There is a formal Dining area with a large glass table and chairs.

The Kitchen is very well equipped, with dishwasher, stove, microwave, extra large refrigerator and a breakfast table in the bay window. All cookware, dishes and cutlery is provided. We spend a lot of time in our home ourselves so have added all the necessary items for our own use which our guests also benefit from. In the garage there is a large washer and dryer so you really need to bring very few clothes, they are easily washed.

The Master Bedroom has a huge 6ft King size bed, TV & DVD player, and a comfortable swivel/rocking chair. The Master Bathroom has twin vanities and a large shower and a walk in closet for all your clothes.

There are two further bedrooms, one with Twin beds and the other with a 5ft Queen bed. Both have TV/DVD players and share a bathroom. Both bathrooms have hairdryers and plenty of towels. There is also plenty of linens and pool towels.

All telephone calls, both local, long distance and international are free of charge and we also offer you the use of wireless internet free of charge, with your own laptop.

We have tried to anticipate all that our guests will need to enjoy a great holiday and having owned our home for fifteen years, we think that we know the area well and are very willing to help and advise you, just give is a call or an email and we will do our best to answer any questions you may have.

We do our very best to keep our home in immaculate condition and we hope that our guests will find this a place that they will enjoy and perhaps want to return, we have many repeat guests, why not become one of them.
