Dolphin Springs is a large and luxurious 5 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom privately owned vacation home in a safe, private community close to Disney, Orlando. This premier Florida vacation home is located just 9 miles from Disney's Animal Kingdom at Hwy 192 and 27 in the private community of Orange Tree.
The large 32 X 12 foot private heated Dolphin Motif Pool has an adjoining spa . This vacation villa boasts a large three sided Lanai (covered patio area) and cushioned pool lounges. The yard is fully fenced for your privacy and the pool is screened.
Sit back and relax in the great room with a 52 inch Big Screen TV, DVD player, VCR, and Sony Playstation 2 .
Whether you are finished park hopping for the day or just taking a day to relax with your family will enjoy the well equipped games room. For your entertainment the games room comes complete with a full size slate pool table , 7 foot air hockey table , and foosball , or just relax on the love seat or arm chair and watch TV.
There are 3 Master suites , 2 lead to the Lanai and pool/spa area. This provides plenty of privacy for 2 families.
The first master suite has a king size bed with a pillow top mattress and a private bathroom leading to the pool and spa. There is a 42 inch flat screen TV and DVD player.
Enjoy Independence Day all year long in our American themed master suite and ensuite. There is a king size bed with pillow top mattress, 32 inch flat screen TV, and DVD player. The private bathroom leads to the pool and spa.
The third Master and ensuite, with a Floridian feel, has a King size bed with a 27 inch TV and DVD player.
Children can continue living the adventure when you return after a long day at Animal Kingdom and snuggle up with a child sized (3 foot) Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, and Eeyore . The Disney room has 2 twin beds and a racing car toddler bed, but move over because you will have to share with Tigger and Pooh . This room also includes a 22 inch flat screen TV, DVD player, child's play kitchen, workshop and play table. The Disney suite is adjacent to a Disney bathroom featuring Winnie the Pooh. There is also a baby monitor and baby blankets.
The fifth bedroom has 2 Nemo twin beds and 1 racing car toddler bed with a 32 inch flat screen TV and DVD player. This bedroom is adjacent to the Disney bathroom.
The Dolphin Springs luxury Florida vacation villa sleeping accommodations total 3 King beds, 4 Twin beds, a Queen sleeper sofa, 2 racing car toddler beds and 3 Pack'n'Plays (portable playpens).
This vacation home comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen and a Kid's Kitchen Cupboard which includes Disney dishes just for kids. In the kitchen you will find a full size refrigerator with ice-maker, electric stove, dishwasher and microwave. Other appliances include 2 coffee makers, 2 toasters, electric kettle, blender, electric can opener and an orange juice maker to make lots of orange juice from the oranges you can pick seasonally right in the community (October to April). There is also an ample supply of cutlery, dinnerware, serving dishes, pots and pans and utensils. There are many plastic containers for packing snacks for the children and insulated coolers if you pack a lunch.
This vacation home is child friendly. We provide all children's items free of charge. Our standard children's items include; 3 strollers (1 double stroller and 2 single strollers), 2 high chairs, 2 booster seats, 2 Pack'n'Plays (playpens), 2 bedrails, 1 baby monitor, plus toys, and books . For your children's safety there are alarms on the three doors that lead to the pool and spa area.
Every room of this vacation villa has vaulted ceilings and the great room has three sky lights. The villa is 2157sq. ft. not including the pool, spa, lanai, entry, and garage. All 5 bedrooms of this vacation home have ceiling fans in addition to air conditioning.
Other vacation home amenities include Cable TV with 60 channels, super capacity washer and dryer, free local phone calls, 2 sets of linens for each bed, bathroom linens, and a hair dryer in each bathroom. This vacation home is fully air conditioned and heated.
