A deposit of 20% of total rental is due at the time of booking.
The balance of the total rental cost is due on or before 8 weeks prior to arrival
A Security Deposit of $400.00 USD is due with the Final Payment payment.
Security deposit refunds will normally be sent out no later than 20 days after you leave the rental property.

All rates are in $USD. Weekly rates are for 7 nights and weekend rates are per night.

Dragonflies, our luxurious 3 bed villa with private solar & electric heated pool is the perfect place to relax.  Set in large beautifully landscaped gardens it offers peace and privacy. Situated in an ideal location, close to beaches, 6 golf courses, nature reserve, shopping!! and within reach of all Florida's major attractions - you will be spoilt for choice.


Dragonflies Villa has been furnished and decorated to the highest of standards by an interior decorator and is equipped with your comfort in mind.

Our villa comprises of 3 Bedrooms: Master with en-suite, Queen bedroom and Twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms, large lounge, formal dining room, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast/dining nook, laundry room, garage, lanai and private pool.  

The large master bedroom is elegantly furnished with a king size bed. It also has a remote controlled television, ample wardrobe and storage space, ceiling fan and sliding glass doors which lead onto the pool/lanai area. The master bathroom has a full sized tub, walk-in shower, water closet, hair dryer and large vanity with his and her sinks.

The guest room has a queen bed and ample storage and drawer space, bedside tables & lamps and a ceiling fan. Double sliding doors lead out to the pool area.

Bed room 3 has twin beds a large storage closet, drawer sets and a ceiling fan

The great room is luxuriously furnished including two plush sofas, coffee table, side tables and an entertainment unit complete with cable television, stereo, and DVD player.

The dining room has a large dining table with seating for six.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything from a coffee maker and electric tea kettle, to dishes and glassware for eight. The kitchen is spacious and perfect for vacation living. Should you be catering for a formal dinner for 6 or a cosy breakfast for two you will find we have everything you need. To the rear of the kitchen is a laundry room equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron etc

The lanai is furnished with 4 loungers, side tables, a large dining table and seating for 6. There is a gas BBQ for perfect steaks!
The heated pool is south-west facing and catches the sun all day long. Our pool has been extended (29'x15') and has a raised planter bed and water feature. In addition to solar heat we also have electric heat for the cooler months.

The pool lanai area over looks beautiful landscapped gardens to the rear where you can sit and watch the wildlife go by - armadillos, racoons, turtles, squirrels .... and if you are really lucky you may see a bob-cat. It is a bird's spotters paradise and woodpeckers can be heard tapping in the background. Of course at "Dragonflies Villa" you would expect to see dragonflies  - and you won't be disappointed. There are many different coloured dragonflies flitting overhead above the shrubs in our back garden.
