A deposit of $200.00 of total rental is due at the time of booking.
A Security Deposit of $250.00 USD is due with the Final Payment payment.
Security deposit refunds will normally be sent out no later than 30 days after you leave the rental property.

Dunes Club Unit 1E is a beautiful, relaxing beachfront getaway located in a 15-unit building, constructed in 2004, on the Gulf of Mexico at Cape San Blas.  The Dunes Club Condominiums offer a gated property, heated swimming pool, boat and trailer storage, level beach boardwalk, an elevator in the building, and high-speed wireless internet service.

The ground floor of the property provides a parking space and locked storage area for each condominium unit. Dunes Club 1E has masks and snorkels available there and you can store your beach and fishing items in the storage area. Ample additional parking is also available. Moving in is easy with the use of the elevator. Unit 1E is on the first floor up from the parking garage. Accessability is excellent for persons with mobility problems. There are no steps. The front deck is very large and two rocking chairs are provided. This is  a good area for making cell phone calls. The rear deck faces the Gulf of Mexico and is a good spot for sunrises and sunsets. The rear deck has a dining table, four comfortable chairs, and a gas cooking grill.  There is a landing and stairway from the rear deck to the ground level which ends at the gate to the swimming pool. Bathrooms and fresh water showers are provided in the pool area. The boardwalk to the beach begins adjacent to the pool and is an easy and flat walk. The beach is white sand and shells are plentiful. The surf is very gentle. Fishing, horseback riding, and driving is allowed on the beach. A Florida Saltwater License is needed.

The beach view is readily available from the inside of the unit through the sliding glass doors in the living room and the master bedroom.  The master bedroom has a huge king size bed and the master bath has double sinks and a tub with shower. The second master bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has one single bed. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. There is a large laundry room which can be used for extra storage.
