A Security Deposit of $350.00 USD is due with the payment.
Security deposit refunds will normally be sent out no later than 15 days after you leave the rental property.

Hi ,Welcome to our beautiful home in the sun!!
"El Sueno" is a 4 bedroomed,single storey villa with a private south-facing pool,games room and free wi-fi internet.
The master bedroom has a tv,dvd player and beautiful en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed, tv and dvd player. The third & fourth bedrooms have 2 twin (single) beds in each.
There is a queen sized sleeper-settee in the living room should it be required.
There are 2 good-sized lounge areas to relax in after a busy day at "the parks". There is a 32" flat screen tv and dvd player in one of them.
There is ample dining space. As well as formal dining there is further dining in the kitchen and pool side.
The games room has pool (7ft table),air-hockey,basket ball and darts.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped should you decide to prepare a full meal and there is a laundry area with a clothes washing machine and dryer.
Around the private pool is a lovely patio area with ample chairs and loungers for everyone to enjoy that Florida sunshine all day long.
There is a high-chair and travel crib (cot) if required at no extra cost.
