A deposit of 30% of total rental is due at the time of booking.

A Security Deposit of $500.00 USD is due with the Final Payment payment.

Forest Springs Vacation Villa

Forest Springs is so much more than just a place to stay while you visit Disney.  This luxury villa is a vacation of its own.  After a day of Disney and local attractions you return and find your enjoyment continues as you relax and play in this spacious private resort style home away from home.  When you stay at a Sterling Vacation Homes villa all you have to bring along is your family.  Everything else that you will need is already there for you.

Forest Springs is a luxurious 6 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom privately owned vacation home, located in the exclusive gated community of Weston Hills, Florida. This vacation home is only  9 miles from Disney’s Animal Kingdom and is located at Hwy 192 and 27, close to grocery stores and 24 hour shopping.

The 28 X 14.5 foot private heated pool has 2 fountain sprayers and a 7 foot circular spa. The pool depth ranges from 3 to 5 feet. There is an 8 X 16 foot Lanai (covered patio area).  The yard is fully fenced for your privacy. The entire pool area is screened.

Your whole family can get together in the Family room/Kitchen/Nook combination which includes an island with 3 bar chairs, kitchen table, leather furniture, and a 52 inch Big Screen TV, DVD player, VCR, and Sony Playstation 2.  We have provided a video library consisting of children’s videos and popular movies for your enjoyment. 

Whether you are finished park hopping for the day or just taking the day to relax with your family you will enjoy the well equipped games room.  For your entertainment the games room comes complete with a full size slate pool table, 7 foot air hockey table, and foosball, or just lounge and watch TV.  There are two tables and four bar stools.

Live on the wild side in our tastefully decorated Safari Room.  This gorgeous Master Suite has vaulted ceilings and an open concept bathroom and includes a King sized four poster bed with a pillow top mattress.  This luxury villa master suite has a 32 flat screen TV and DVD player.

Enjoy Independence Day all year long in our American themed bedroom with two double beds.  Both beds have pillow top mattresses. This room has a 32 in ch flat screen TV and DVD player.

Children can continue the adventure when they cuddle up after a long day at Magic Kingdom with a child sized (4 foot) Mickey and Minnie in our Disney themed bedroom with a double/twin set of bunk beds.  The Disney bedroom also includes a Little Tikes kitchen, workshop, play table, doll house, Mega building blocks, and books. 

Find Nemo himself in his own themed bedroom equipped with queen sized bed.

The Forest Springs vacation villa sleeping accommodations total: 2 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 2 Double beds, a double/twin set of bunk beds (1 double bed and 1 twin bed), and 3 Pack’n’Plays.

This luxury vacation villa comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen and a Kids Kitchen Cupboard which includes Disney Dishes just for kids.  In the kitchen you will find a full sized refrigerator/freezer (with ice-maker and water filter), electric stove, dishwasher and microwave.  There are also 2 coffee makers, 2 toasters, an electric kettle, blender and a crock pot (slow cooker).  You will find an ample supply of cutlery, dinnerware, serving dishes, pots and pans and utensils.  There are many plastic Tupperware containers for packing snacks for the children and insulated coolers if you pack a lunch.

Our Forest Springs Florida vacation home comes complete with everything you will need when travelling with children.  We provide all children’s items free of charge.  Our standard children’s items include; 3 strollers (1 double stroller and 2 single strollers), 2 high chairs, 2 booster seats, 3 Pack’n’Plays (playpens), 1 bedrail, 1 baby monitor, plus toys, and books.  For your children’s safety and to comply with Florida law there are alarms on the doors and windows that lead to the pool and spa area.

Other vacation home amenities include Cable TV, washer and dryer, wireless internet connection, free long distance phone calls in Continental United States, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, and North Marian Islands, all bedroom and bathroom linens and a hair dryer in each bathroom.  And of course this vacation villa is fully air conditioned and heated.

The rental home community of Weston Hills is just like being at a resort.  It boasts a 7 acre recreational area which includes 3 swimming pools (one pool is an 18 inch deep children’s pool with sprayers). There is no other vacation home community with 3 swimming pools.  There is a full size basket ball court, tennis court, volley ball court, soccer field, and community washrooms.  Your children will love the large fenced playground that is suitable for both young and older children.  There are two climbing apparatus, baby swings, regular swings, Space Shuttle bounce, teeter totter, and a round-a-bout.  And our Forest Springs vacation villa comes complete with: basketball, volley ball, tennis rackets and balls so that your family can enjoy all these community amenities.  Take a look at the community section of this vacation home.
