A Security Deposit of $300.00 USD is due with the Final Payment payment.
Security deposit refunds will normally be sent out no later than 7 days after you leave the rental property.

Our single storey villa is fully alarmed and monitored by Brinks home security, also licensed by the state of Florida for short-term rentals.
