A deposit of 30% of total rental is due at the time of booking.
The balance of the total rental cost is due on or before 10 weeks prior to arrival
A Security Deposit of $500.00 USD is due with the Final Payment payment.
Security deposit refunds will normally be sent out no later than 30 days after you leave the rental property.

This Key West, FL vacation rental, the “Gallup Arms" is named after the old family pub in southern England. Like it's namesake our home is a great place to rest and relax. This is a 3 story, 3 bedroom, and 2.5 bath home secluded in a small tropical compound. The large 18x40ft pool is shared with only 3 other homes. There are two queen bedrooms and one twin bedroom. All the mattresses are Sealy Posturpedic.  The house is completely furnished for your comfort, including linens, has ceiling fans in every room, and is fully air conditioned and heated. There is parking in an off-street, covered carport. The large kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Jenn/Air grill range, and a washer/dryer.  Four color TVs, cable, VCR, DVD, and a CD player are provided for your entertainment
