A deposit of 20% of total rental is due at the time of booking.
A deposit of $300.00 of total rental is due at the time of booking.
The balance of the total rental cost is due on or before 11 weeks prior to arrival
A Security Deposit of $350.00 USD is due with the Final Payment payment.
Security deposit refunds will normally be sent out no later than 28 days after you leave the rental property.

All rates are in $USD. Weekly rates are for 7 nights and weekend rates are per night.
