This awesome, custom decorated three level beach home in Majestica Beach, is just 50 feet from the private access to the sugar white sand of the Gulf. It's located in a private, gated community south of 30-A with the
neighborhood pool next door.

The third floor has two master suites with king beds, private baths and wrap around balconies overlooking the Gulf. Wet bar and additional bunk space round out the top level.

The second level has the living room, full dining room and a completely appointed kitchen and breakfast bar, plus a powder room. Second floor bedroom outfitted just for kids with two sets of wooden bunk beds with full-size bottoms and twin tops as well as a private bath. Wrap around balcony affords wonderful Gulf views from the kids' room and the living room.

The first floor suite has a queen bed and full bath. Complete laundry facilities and a large walk-in closet round out the first floor.

Covered car port can accommodate four large cars, includes a closet for all your beach toys plus an outdoor shower. All rooms have TV and VCR and/or DVD.

Ideal for families, our house is set-up with kids in mind. Cribs, high-chairs, jogging strollers etc., all available for rent.

Area:
Seagrove Beach is nestled between Destin and Panama City. It's a
wonderful area with great restaurants, great shopping and great people,
not to mention the fabulous beach! Both Destin and Panama City are less
than 30 minutes away.
