There is a spacious lounge with a large home entertainment system.

The kitchen and kitchen dining area is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. Cooker/microwave/fridge/freezer/Icemaker/coffee maker and more. 

There is also a formal dining area and quiet sitting room where you can chill out and relax. 

The villa is south facing and sunny and has lovely views overlooking water and woodlands.
The large heated pool with jacuzzi and large sunbathing area is ideal for quiet days sunning yourself by the pool 

When you are feeling more energetic there is a games room with a slate bed pool table - air hockey - large TV/DVD and bar.
