The balance of the total rental cost is due on or before 7 weeks prior to arrival
Security deposit refunds will normally be sent out no later than 10 days after you leave the rental property.

The villa (built in 2005) locates in a “5-star” gated Orlando Disney Vacation community – Highgate Park.
