A Security Deposit of $350.00 USD is due with the payment.
Security deposit refunds will normally be sent out no later than 15 days after you leave the rental property.

Hi ,Welcome to our beautiful home in the sun!
La Solana is a single-storey ,3 bedroomed villa with private pool and free wi-fi internet.
Our villa is situated at Highgate Park in Davenport which is around 15 mins drive to Disney. Highgate Park is a gated community.
There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed,a tv and an en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and a tv. The third bedroom has 2  twin (single) beds and a tv.
There is a queen sized sleeper settee in the living room should it be required.
There are 2 lovely lounges to relax in after a hard day at "the parks". One has a 32" flat screen tv and dvd player.
There is ample dining space. As well as formal dining there is further dining in " the nook" and pool-side.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped if you wish to prepare a full  removed  the laundry area we have a clothes washer and dryer to help you keep the laundry down.
There is a lovely spacious patio around the pool with plenty of chairs and loungers so that everyone can enjoy that Florida sunshine.
There is a crib (cot) and high-chair available at no extra cost.
