This property is a Adult community. 
The minimum stay is 2 months.
Children are allowed on a 2 week max. stay. (as per the condo corp.)
The unit is a one bedroom, with a pull out couch in the living room.
The master bedroom is very large with a full ensuite bathroom.
The second facility is a powder room with sink and toilet.
This unit is fully furnished with all the kitchen tools necessary to cook meals at home.
There is a laundry facility on every floor.
We have a recreation center with a large room inside for parties etc.
The outside portion has a pool and a whirlpool.
Tennis courts also on the property.

The property is located 20 minutes from the ocean, with many beautiful beaches on Hutchison Island.  The |Island runs along the coast from Kennedy Space Center down to Stuart (it is quite a beautiful drive).  And the trip to the Space center is well worth it!  We have been enjoying this area for 20 years and it has everything from Restaurants to shopping to golf to beaches... that you would want in a vacation area.
