A deposit of $250.00 of total rental is due at the time of booking.
The balance of the total rental cost is due on or before 4 weeks prior to arrival
A Security Deposit of $300.00 USD is due with the Final Payment payment.
Security deposit refunds will normally be sent out no later than 30 days after you leave the rental property.

All rates are in $USD. Weekly rates are for 7 nights and weekend rates are per night.

Deep sea fishing boat rentals, glass bottom boats,water parks,go karts,etc.

Some great fun for the kids..visit the Gulfarium to touch & see sealife up close, Go karts, Big Kahuna water park,  removed  or go to the the newly redone Fudruckers...for the kids to have the chance to hold a real "live" Alligator!!! The list goes on and on...just ask me...happy to share!!!
