A Security Deposit of $200.00 USD is due with the Deposit payment.
Security deposit refunds will normally be sent out no later than 30 days after you leave the rental property.

All rates are in $USD. Weekly rates are for 7 nights and weekend rates are per night.

We are located on the Atlantic Ocean on the beautiful East Coast of Central Florida. Close by golfing, fishing, boating and Canaveral National Seashore. Daytona Beach's International Speedway is 20 minutes away, historic St. Augustine is 60 minutes away. Condo is an hour away from Kennedy Space Center, Walt Disney World, MGM, Sea World and Universal Studios. Shopping and fine dining are also  removed  unit is a non-smoking unit that is located on the non-drive section on New Smyrna beach.

The unit offers a fully furnished all electric kitchen, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher/disposal, basic small appliances, large closets, color cable TV, living/dining areas, patio/balcony, telephones with local service. The unit is in a 3 story building, with a seasonally heated pool & kiddie pool, 2 shuffleboard courts, basketball & hand ball courts next door, laundry facilities on each floor and 2 elevators (north & south side of building). 
 
Our nicely decorated 3rd floor unit offers a wonderful view of the ocean and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a TV with remote control there is also a door that leads to the balcony. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a small TV with remote control. The great room offers a living/ dinning room combo.  The living room has a sofa that pulls out into a full size bed a full size TV with remote control, DVD and VCR. The dinning room has a table with 4 chairs and a bar area with two bar stools.
