Prince Charming’s Palace
 
Make your whole vacation an adventure at Prince Charming’s Palace, our spacious and luxurious 7 Bedroom, 4 1/2 Bathroom privately owned vacation home located just 2 miles from Disney, Orlando.  This villa is situated in the vacation home community of Rolling Hills Estates, Kissimmee, Florida, located close to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.
 
Surrounded by an array of palm trees and tropical flora, this Disney vacation villa is situated on one of the largest lots in the community of Rolling Hills Estates.  Fenced for your privacy, the villa grounds come complete with a Tot Lot with children’s play houses, climbers, and slides.  The large pie shaped lot offers plenty of room to play both inside and outside of the screened pool area.
 
Enjoy a large south facing 30 X 15 foot private heated pool and 7 foot circular spa.    The pool depth ranges from 3 to 6 feet. The 13 X 9 foot Lanai (covered patio area) adjoining the villa is the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or enjoy breakfast.  Lay back in the private screened in pool area on one of many loungers.
 
Children will love the Tot Lot designed especially for them.  Here they will find a castle for Princesses and Princes, play houses and climbers for young children.
 
A vaulted ceiling rises up above the large great room (16 X 14 feet) where you will find comfortable leather furniture, and a 52 inch big screen TV, DVD player, VCR, and stereo.  There is a DVD and video library consisting of children’s videos and popular movies for your enjoyment.
 
Every bedroom and even the games room and loft has a TV,  totaling 10 TV’s in all!  Everyone can watch just what they please.
 
Whether you are finished park hopping for the day or are just taking a day to relax with your family, you will enjoy the well equipped games room.  For your entertainment the games room comes complete with a full size slate pool table, 7 foot air hockey table, and foosball, or just relax on the sofa and watch TV.
 
Prince Charming vacations in style and so will you in one of this villa’s 7 bedrooms, 4 of which are King Size Master bedrooms.  Two of the king sized bedrooms have private bathroom while the third king bedrooms has a Jack and Jill bathroom which is great for a family to share.  The bathroom for the fourth king bedroom is just across the hall from the bedroom.
 
The Main Master Suite is fit for Prince Charming himself, with a King Size plush bed, a 42 inch flat screen TV and DVD player for private viewing.  This Suite is perfect for a young family that wants to sleep close together using the full size wooden crib also within this suite.
 
Cinderella herself decorated our Cinderella Princess master suite.  This room is princess blue and fit for a princess of any age.  There is a king size bed, TV, and DVD player.

 If you didn’t get enough of Mickey and Minnie at Magic Kingdom then you will love dreaming with them in the themed bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed  TV, and DVD player.   The bedroom has a Jack and Jill bathroom that shares with another bedroom with king bed, TV and DVD player, making the 2 rooms an ideal arrangement for a small family wishing to have their own space.

Your kids will love our new Disney Cars themed bedroom based on the hit movie Cars.  This main floor bedroom has 3 twin beds, Cars themed TV, and DVD player.
 
The princesses in your family will enjoy their own Royal Chambers complete with 2 Tinker Bell Carriage Canopy beds, Princess Toddler Bed, TV and DVD player.
 
Children can enjoy privacy in the cozy upstairs loft where you will find an Xbox, games, TV, and DVD player.
 
Sleeping accommodations include 4 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 6 twin beds, 1 Toddler bed, 1 Full Size crib, and 3 Pack’n’Plays (portable playpens).  This provides for 16 guests without even using the Toddler bed or Crib.
 
Prince Charming’s Palace comes complete with everything you will need when travelling with children.  We provide all children’s items free of charge.  Our standard children’s items include; 4 strollers (1 double stroller and 3 single strollers), 3 high chairs, 2 booster seats, 3 Pack’n’Plays (playpens), 2 bedrails, 2 baby monitors, plus toys and books.  For your children’s safety and to comply with Florida law there are alarms on all doors and windows that lead to the pool and spa area.
 
With a fully equipped kitchen and a Kid’s Kitchen Cupboard which includes Disney Dishes just for kids, you will have every comfort of home and more.  This home has stainless steel kitchen appliances.  You will find a full sized refrigerator/freezer (with ice-maker), electric stove, dishwasher and 2 microwaves.  There is also an electric kettle, 2 coffee makers, 2 toasters, a crock pot (slow cooker), and a blender.  There is an ample supply of cutlery, dinnerware, serving dishes, pots and pans and utensils for your family and for entertaining.  There are plastic containers for packing snacks for the children and insulated coolers if you pack a lunch.
 
Other vacation home amenities include Cable TV, washer and dryer, high speed wireless internet, free long distance phone calls in Continental United States, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, and North Marian Islands, all bedroom and bathroom linens and a hair dryer in each bathroom.  And of course this vacation villa is fully air conditioned and heated.

Our Prince Charming’s Palace vacation home is located less than 2 miles to Disney, Florida.  Rolling Hills Estates is one of the closest vacation rental communities to Disney, located right beside Formosa Gardens Estates.  This villa is ideally situated close to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, and all Central Florida attractions.
 
For your shopping convenience the home is less than 10 minutes from the Disney areas closest 24 hour Super Wal-Mart.  The shoppers in your group will love that the home is just 10 minutes to the closest Premium Outlet Mall and 20 minutes from Central Florida’s newest indoor mall, the Millennium Mall.  For everyday needs the home is close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, pharmacy, and walk-in clinic.
 
Kennedy Space Center and Coco Beach on the Atlantic Ocean are just 40 minutes east and Daytona is just a short drive further north.  Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater on Florida’s Gulf Coast are just 1 hour and 30 minutes to the west.
