A deposit of $200.00 of total rental is due at the time of booking.
The balance of the total rental cost is due on or before 8 weeks prior to arrival
A Security Deposit of $200.00 USD is due with the Final Payment payment.
Security deposit refunds will normally be sent out no later than 7 days after you leave the rental property.

All rates are in $USD. Weekly rates are for 7 nights and weekend rates are per night.

Enjoy a great Holiday near all Florida Attractions in the comfort of
our 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath luxurious pool home located in the Lindfiels
subdivision 3 1/2 miles from Disney.
Our house is convenient and easy to find.
Our house is fully equipped. It is the type of house you want to come
to after a day at the parks or the Golf course.
Its 2207 sq. feet of living space and is fully Air Conditioned/Heated.
First floor has a dinning room, fully equipped kitchen breakfast
corner, big living room with cathedral ceiling, king size master suite
with its own bath and walk in closed, laundry room with washer and
dryer a 1/2 bath next door.
Second floor 3 bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other 2 with
twin beds each. 
The main TV is 32" with DVD player and a playstation 2 with 30 games. Total of
4 TVs in the house.
There is a phone in the Villa and local calls are FREE. FREE internet
service and a computer is in the house as well.

There are two high chairs in the house as well as a portable crib and
stroller.
Hair dryer in every bath, linen and towels. Screened out door Pool,
deck with furniture.
Pool heating available in winter for an additional $20.00 per day.
