Rosejay villa is a 3 bed/ 2 bath Villa with a split level Lanai and solar heated pool overlooking a Lake and Golfcourse in the Rotonda West area just north of Port Charlotte near the town of Englewood on the Gulf coast of Florida.

Rosejay Villa is overlooking a tranquil lake and Golf course. It is situated in a quiet residential area with few neighbours and no passing traffic as there is no outlet

The villa comprises of a Master Bedroom with en suite/walk-in wardrobe and 2 further double bedrooms with bathroom, a large Family room with a full entertainment system and you can chill out in the quiet sitting room, with outstanding views and a PC with remote Internet access, and a fully fitted Kitchen for those wishing to cook & entertain at home on those long lazy days. For dining you will find not only a formal dining area but also a breakfast bar and dining nook.

The dining area and the quiet sitting room both have access on to the split level Lanai leading down to a ground level Solar heated pool . Many exotic and beautiful birds call Rotonda West home as it is a designated Bird Sanctuary. Nearby, recreation facilities, beaches, theatres, sporting events, and fine restaurants are available for all. There is a charge for optional electric pool heat if required.

There are six golf courses, within the area. Thirty miles of picturesque canals, lakes and ponds wind through the community. Nearby is Cape Haze, Boca Grande and Englewood, with outdoor activities for every adventurer, you can Jet Ski, Parasail, Fish or Charter a Boat from one of the marinas in the area
