It doesn't have to cost a fortune to stay on Ft Myers Beach in a classy, well-appointed condo!   "South Harbor" is located waterfront in a marina resort, directly across the street from the ocean beach.  We provide private beach access, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and beach towels.

Of course, you will want to sit on the spacious sun patio, enjoy one of the largest pools on the island, and soak in one of our two bubbling hot tubs.  Plenty of lounge chairs surround the pool area, which features tropical foliage.

Stroll around the dock area, enjoy the boats coming and going.  Take a moment to spot the resident manatees, and the surprise of the huge fish seen in the canals. 

There is a central tropical atrium with fully grown trees that leads to this 3rd floor condo, lending itself to cool quiet even on a sunny day.  Upon entering the condo, our guests are pleasantly surprised at the layout, decor, and size of the apartment.

Triple sliders open onto the screened lanai which overlooks everything wonderful!  You can watch the manatee viewing area, the boats, the docks, the grill area, pool and patio.  A fan will cool you on hot sulty days.

A full kitchen with full size appliances overlooks the atrium. The laundry room has full size washer and dryer too.

This condo is much larger than expected! All rooms are over-size, and above expectation for a one bdrm condo.   Plenty of space in the dining area, and the living room is spacious as well.  But the big surprise comes in the master bedroom with enormous walk in closet, dressing area, and separate essential area.

The sandy ocean beach is an easy stroll directly across the street.
