Our Gulf Terrace condo is located in the middle of Destin on 26 beautifull acres with a 10 acre spring fed lake and just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico.

Public beach access is a short 10 minute walk. The surounding area features numerous restaurants a water park, amusement center and is located a short drive from numerous shopping centers.

If you are looking for fun and leisure stay at our condo and relax with the family. Privacy and security is yours at Gulf Terrace complex a gated complex.

This unit is bright and cheery, and located in the center of the complex. It is on a second floor, where you can watch a beautiful sunset nighty, from the open patio, on the high seat chairs. The kitchen is well furnished with a micro wave, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, as well as other kitchen cookware and utensils. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with plenty of storage space, equipped with clock radios and cable TV. The second bedroom has two double beds, ample storage space, radio and cable TV. In this unit you can easily sleep 6 people. The living room area has it all--TV, stereo, VCR, cable, CD player, DVD and phone. There is also a queen size hide-a-bed. All of the rooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning. This unit has its own washer and dryer for your convenience. Linens are provided. NO pets please.
