A deposit of 100% of total rental is due at the time of booking.
The balance of the total rental cost is due on or before 2 weeks prior to arrival
A Security Deposit of $850.00 USD is due with the Final Payment payment.
Security deposit refunds will normally be sent out no later than 21 days after you leave the rental property.

There are three bedrooms that all boast oceanviews! There are two full decks; one for sunning and one for relaxing in the shade. There is an enclosed outside shower, convenient for those who want to stay on the lower deck. 

The house includes all linens, towels, beach chairs, anything you don't want to pack! You will have your cares washed away and wonderful memories to take home!
