A deposit of 30% of total rental is due at the time of booking.

A Security Deposit of $500.00 USD is due with the Final Payment payment.
Security deposit refunds will normally be sent out no later than 30 days after you leave the rental property.

Tigger’s Tree House Vacation Villa

 

 

Make your whole vacation an adventure at Tigger’s Tree House vacation villa, our spacious and luxurious 8 Bedroom, 5 Bathroom privately owned vacation home located just 2 miles from Disney, Orlando.  This villa is situated in the vacation home community of Rolling Hills Estates, Kissimmee, Florida, located close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores and attractions.

 

Surrounded by an array of palm trees and tropical flora, this 3200 square foot vacation villa, is the largest home in Rolling Hills Estates and is situated on the largest lot in the community of Rolling Hills Estates.  The large pie shaped lot offers plenty of room to play both inside and outside of the screened pool area.

 

Enjoy a large south facing 30 X 15 foot private heated pool, above ground spa, and 6 foot circular kiddie pool.  The pool depth ranges from 3 to 6 feet.  Relax with your morning tea or coffee in the south facing private screened in pool area or lay back on one of many cushioned loungers.  There is also a west facing sunbathing deck just outside the screened in pool area.

 

A vaulted ceiling rises up above the large great room where you will find comfortable safari themed furniture and a big screen TV, DVD player, and stereo.  There is a DVD and video library consisting of children’s videos and popular movies for your enjoyment.

 

Every bedroom, even the games room, and loft have a TV; totalling 11 TV’s in all!  Everyone can watch just what they please.

 

Whether you are finished park hopping for the day or just taking a day to relax with your family you will enjoy the well equipped games room.  For your entertainment the games room comes complete with a full size slate pool table, 7 foot air hockey table, and foosball, or just relax on the sofa and watch TV.

 

Tigger lives large and so will you in one of this villa’s 8 bedrooms, 3 of which are master bedrooms with adjoining private bathrooms. 

 

Snuggle up with a child sized (3 foot) Winnie the Pooh, Tigger and Eyore after a long day at Animal Kingdom in our Hundred Acre Woods Bedroom on the main floor, which includes 2 twin beds, TV, DVD player. 

 

Your kids will love our new Disney Cars themed bedroom based on the hit movie Cars.  This main floor bedroom has 3 twin beds, TV, and DVD player.

 

The Princesses in your family will enjoy their own Royal Chambers complete with two Princess Carriage Canopy beds, Princess toddler bed, and TV.

 

Children can live their Disney adventure in a Mickey & Minnie themed children’s bedroom which includes 1 double bed, 1 twin bed, a cozy window seat, TV, DVD player, and children’s movies.   Cuddle up with a child sized (4 foot) plush Mickey and Minnie.

 

Children can enjoy privacy in the cozy upstairs loft where you will find an XBox and TV.

 

Sleeping accommodations include 1 King bed, 3 Queen beds, 1 Double bed, 8 twin beds, 1 Toddler bed, 1 Full Size crib, and 3 Pack’n’Plays (portable playpens).  This provides great flexibility and room for 18 guests without even using the Toddler bed or Crib.

 

Tigger’s Tree House vacation home comes complete with everything you will need when travelling with children.  We provide all children’s items free of charge.  Our standard children’s items for this 8 bedroom vacation home include; 5 strollers (2 double strollers and 3 single strollers), 3 high chairs, 3 booster seats, 3 Pack’n’Plays (playpens), 2 bedrails, 2 baby monitors, plus toys and books.  For your children’s safety and to comply with Florida law there are alarms on all doors and windows that lead to the pool and spa area.

 

With a fully equipped kitchen and a Kid’s Kitchen Cupboard which includes Disney Dishes just for kids, you will have every comfort of home and more.  You will find a full sized refrigerator/freezer (with ice-maker), electric stove, dishwasher and 2 microwaves.  There is also an electric kettle, 2 coffee makers, 2 toasters, a crock pot (slow cooker), and a blender.  There is an ample supply of cutlery, dinnerware, serving dishes, pots and pans and utensils for your family and for entertaining.  There are many plastic containers for packing snacks for the children and insulated coolers if you pack a lunch.

 

Other vacation home amenities include Cable TV, washer and dryer, wireless internet, free long distance phone calls in Continental United States, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, and North Marian Islands, all bedroom and bathroom linens and a hair dryer in each bathroom.  And of course this vacation villa is fully air conditioned and heated.
