A deposit of 30% of total rental is due at the time of booking.
The balance of the total rental cost is due on or before 6 weeks prior to arrival
A Security Deposit of $500.00 USD is due with the Final Payment payment.
Security deposit refunds will normally be sent out no later than 30 days after you leave the rental property.

All rates are in $USD. Weekly rates are for 7 nights and weekend rates are per night.

This beautiful villa has been so tastefully furnished that it would be difficult not to enjoy your stay as every comfort has been lavished on this home. Set on a three quarter sized plot which makes it even more private and overlooking water from the lovely pool and oversized deck.
There are two Master Bedrooms with walk-in wardrobes and full ensuite bathrooms having double vanity units and walk in showers.
There are two further bedrooms both with twin beds.
The family room with the entertainment centre is a really comfortable place to relax in.
Then of course there is what we call our Grand Room along side the formal dining this very large room has been so tastefully furnished.
We have the delightful open plan kitchen which has been equipped to the highest of standards and next to this is a lovely nook for everyday eating.
